WHEN project engineer Mohd Faizal Mohd Yusoff bought a house from Hunza Properties Berhad last year, little did he know that he would end up with a brand new Proton Exora worth about RM64,000.
The 31-year-old was the grand prize winner in the lucky draw for the third phase of Casa Innova, a township in Kepala Batas.
Mohd Faizal, together with his wife Syazana Sapiee, also 31, received the key to their new car from Hunza Properties managing director Datuk Khor Siang Gin in a simple ceremony at the Mekarsari Show Village in Bertam, Kepala Batas on Saturday.
"Today is my birthday and I consider it as a birthday gift from the developer," he said.

He added that he would keep his birthday gift as the family's second car.
In April last year, Hunza Properties launched the L.O.V.E. (Living Our Values Every day) Campaign for the third phase of Casa Innova.
Its executive director Lily Tan who was also present at the ceremony said the campaign proved to be a breakout success with 100% of the units sold out within three months of its launch.
