Scary reflective car decals that are only noticeable under bright lights are becoming popular with Chinese drivers as a deterrent to high-beamers.
Imagine being that annoying high-beamer, rolling up to the car in front of you only to find that the creepy girl from The Ring or something is riding down the highway in the back of a Tiguan.
