Similar to Combo Weapons, Combo Vehicle Blueprints can be found scattered all across the in-game world. Originally introduced in Dead Rising 3, Combo Vehicles are basically a combination of two vehicles.

MowerHawg
You should be able to find this blueprint on the counter of Ye Olde Toy Box in Medieval Town in Willamette Memorial Megaplex.

Cryonic Commando
You need to head left from the Fireworks Stand in the north side of West Ridge. Continue to follow the path and you should be able to find it on a stack of hay.

Bogey Monster
This blueprint is located in the Homerunners Store in the Willamette Memorial Megaplex. Once in there, you should be able to find the blueprint on the counter.

Sling Rot
This blueprint is located on the side staircase of the chapel which is located on the bottom end of Old Town. In order to get to it, you need to go to the south side of the Emergency Shelter.

Warmonger
While following the second case, get to the point where you get to meet Jessa right next to a car. During this sequence, you should be able to find the blueprint sitting on the hood of the car.

Kill-O-Watt
You basically need to head over to the go-kart racing track in the Willamette Memorial Megaplex. Once there, complete the race twice in order to unlock the central cage which has the blueprint.

Creep Fryer
Firstly, you need to find a key from the backside of the Glitter Dolls Nightclub. Once you have the key, you need to head inside the club and gain access to the Panic Room from the bathroom. Once inside, you should be able to find the blueprint.

Tread Maker
During the fifth case, you need to get to the Hudson's Dairy Farm in Tom's House and head upstairs to a bedroom. Once there, open the closet and use your Spectrum Analyser to find a secret room. Once you are inside the secret room, grab the Farm Keys, and open the garage to find the final blueprint inside.
