COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - People driving by had to a double take when a truck on a car carrier was flipped over onto another car.
The incident happened in Colorado Springs Monday night when the truck was caught by a wire on a power pole strung across the entrance to the parking lot of Diamond Express Transportation.
The vehicle transportation company is located in northeast Colorado Springs just south of W. Garden of the Gods Road.
"He had picked up a load of cars and he is going to be delivering, was going to be delivering tomorrow," said Diamond Express Transportation owner Joe McCreary. "As he was coming in the entrance here to our yard he caught one of the power lines, it's actually a cable line."
McCreary went on to say the poles in front of the business were replaced just last week.
"We had a tremendous windstorm and we're wondering if that had something to play with the lines dropping down and the driver not noticing it whenever he pulled in," said McCreary.
No one was hurt in the incident. It isn't clear who manages the data line.
